  Mike Daniels  

Mike Daniels

Versatile trumpet player and teacher, leader of local swing band GBH and musical director of Wiltshire Youth Jazz Orchestra. Mike is the Musical Director of Jazz Factory.

 
 
Ralf Dorrell  

Ralf Dorrell

Ralf is very active on the music scene as a composer, performer (double bass, bass guitar, low brass and didgeridoo), bandleader, ensemble director, teacher and workshop tutor.

 

 
Nick Malcolm  

Nick Malcolm

Nick has been playing Trumpet since he was nine. He has an MMus in Jazz Performance from Trinity College London. He plays in a wide variety of improvisational settings from straight ahead jazz to free improvisation. He is jazz trumpet teacher at Wells Cathedral in Somerset.

Rachel Kerry  

Rachel Kerry

A classically trained pianist to degree standard, accomplished jazz musician, teacher and small group leader. Specialises in jazz performance.

 
   
Helen Barrett  

Helen Barrett

Gained a BA (Hons) degree in Performing Arts at  Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.  Helen has toured all over the UK, Spain and New Zealand - performing in plays, musicals, film, TV and comedy and which also includes writing and producing.

 
   
Jason Rebello  

Jason Rebello

Jason is an outstanding young jazz pianist he has worked with Wayne Shorter, Branford Marsalis, Jean Toussaint, Mica Paris & many more!.  He performs regularly with artists such as Sting and is now touring with Jeff Beck.  But when he’s home he always gives a hand at the Factory. 

 
   
Mike Mower  

Mike Mower

Mike works as a composer, arranger and performer. He studied classical flute at the Royal Academy of Music, London and was later awarded Associate status. He also plays saxophone and clarinet, and has led numerous jazz ensembles, playing his own compositions, from quartet to big band.  As a freelance musician, Mike has played and recorded with jazz, rock and classical artists as diverse as Gil Evans, Tina Turner, & James Galway.

 
   
Dale Hambridge  

Dale Hambridge

Dale studied classical music up to the end of his degree from Trinity College of Music. While he was there he got himself into jazz and now plays professionally around Bath, Bristol and London.

 

 
Mark Whitlam  

Mark Whitlam

Mark is a busy performer having played venues ranging from the Royal Albert Hall to Glastonbury and has recently been appointed jazz specialist on the Drum Faculty at BIMM Bristol music college.
